Every commissioned piece is exclusively and lovingly hand painted with a completely custom design applied personally by Sharon. By working closely with every client, the designs are created to meet individual tastes and project requirements. Personal details and elements are always included, adding deep meaning to each piece.
Every piece is painted and fired multiple times in a kiln reaching temperatures of over 1000º F. Through the process, pigments either penetrate the surface and drop deeply into the clay or adhere permanently to the surface of each object. Each progressive application of paint and firing brings richness and intensity to the color and a deep full shine that is permanent and enduring.
